A must have when you come to Raja Uda, Hotpot Tom Yam (Non Halal). You have choices of fresh meat such as pork belly slices, prawns, cuttlefish, fish, chicken, etc. as well as processed meat like cold cuts and ham. A vegetable selection of fungi and leafy vegetable are available too.
Based on your selection, you have a choice of soupy or dry preparation of the ingredients in a broth/soup of your choosing which is Tom Yam, chicken stock and a few others. You also have a choice of spice level ranging from slightly spicy, mildly spicy, spicy, Mala (Szechuan pepper) or Extra Mala.
My choice was pork belly slices, Taiwan sausage, minced pork, scallops, mushrooms and lettuce. Choice of soup was Tom Yam - Mala and as for the noodles, I chose ramen (instant noodle)
