Today i visit one of your branch in raja uda penang . One of the employees was very rude. The malay female employee speak to me with the tone of voice like she was force to be there. I simply ask the cashier of that time to write Happy birthday on top of the cake. When the cashier ask the malay female employee she ask me again “ nak tulis apa! ” with a rude tone, she say that the plastic for them to write was finish. With no sorry what so ever. I don't mind if the plastic was finish but please speak respectfully, I don't know if she doesn't have enough rest or what. This is my first time went there and it will be the last time for me. I stood in front of the oden counter, and there were 3 workers (2girls with 1 wearing spectacle and 1 boy with spec too) over the left side, they saw me stood there and continued to chitchat and played their phone. Bought various breads and pastries to takeaway.

The food was okay overall. The chicken siew pao was quite nice with a tasty filling. The curry puff pastry was very flaky but a bit dry, and the filling to pastry ratio was a bit low. Both these pastries were also cold, despite being in the cabinet with a warning about being hot.
