Boat Noodle - C-Mart Nibong Tebal — Restaurant in Penang

Absolutely disappointing experience at Boat Noodles Restaurant Cmart Nibong Tebal. The service was incredibly slow, with staff seemingly indifferent to customers waiting for attention. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and dismissive when approached. When there were guy customers they really do serve them politely but when it's come to us they just show us the unhappy face. Once entered the shop we waited for few minutes until one of my friend went by herself to get us the menu even though the shop was only with one table of customer. Then we gave our order slip to the the staff. The staff informed us the kitchen is closed currently for the toppings and side dishes due to the stocks which they're just received. Moreover, I asked the staff if there's no topping or side dishes what we want to eat? The stupid reply I received from the staff is "makan noodle je la" seriously? This is how you trained you're staff is it? Most of the foods from the menu are not available then what is the point of you to open the shop? Will not...

Sorry to said, not even deserved a star. It was my second (on 1/1/2023, 2000-2100 hrs) visit and it will be the last visit. When we enter no waiter provide the order form which the same happen on my first visit. We had ordered chicken meatballs, but the beef meatballs were served. Thus, I had approached the waiter to confirm whether it’s my own mistake or the wrong item being served. However the waiter did not checked and directly apologies, definitely I will assumed my order is correct. Then I said pls cancelled this from my bill. After a while the cashier came to me with unfriendly tone said that it’s my mistake. Ya, that’s why I asked you to check from the beginning! Very disappointed as the worker serve us a beef noodles instead of chicken and mentioned that we requested for a beef noodle… as our previous orders all was chicken n we did mentioned fr the third time when we ordered another 2 bowl of chicken noodles and was served beef and she just said she don’t know Indians will not eat beef. What got even more disappointed was she just took out the beef out of the noodles and add in chicken to it n serve it back to us… maybe I guess they shld start giving some basic tutorials to their workers abt this basic knowledge as how non Muslim knws that our Malay friends don’t eat pork n only will eat halal foods… this is the first time I’m seeing this kinda ppl.. sorry if...
