Barbeque Lab — Restaurant in Perak

I came to this establishment with the expectation that it was a steamboat and grill restaurant, but I was disappointed to discover that it had changed during the month of Ramadhan. When I asked the waitress about it, she clarified that the restaurant had never advertised itself as a steamboat and grill even though the name is Barbeque Lab. While I acknowledge that it may have been my oversight, I believe that the restaurant should have informed customers about this change when they made their bookings. Unfortunately, when I asked for a refund, it was declined, despite the fact that I hadn't eaten anything yet.

I paid RM99 for two people, but the quality of the food was subpar at best. The selection of food choices was limited and they were slow to refill them. The lamb, in particular, was hard and chewy. (Lauk ada tiga sahaja for a buffet) Given the amount of money that I paid, I was disappointed with the poor quality and variety of the food. If you're expecting a steamboat and grill or a restaurant that provides good quality and a wide variety of food choices, you'll be sorely...

Bismillahirahmanirahim, I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a steamboat and grill buffet. In the holy month of ramadhan, they decided to change the serving style into a typical buffet. The choices were not many and the food was subpar at best. There are many other establishments in Ipoh where they serve better food with lower price. at RM50 per PAX I was thoroughly disappointed. Would not recommend....

Very not recommend. Makanan tak berbaloi langsung dengar harga. Dalah tak banyak choice. Ulam je banyak. Makanan dalah tak banyak choice, then bila habis, lambat topup. Nasi habis lambat topup, kambing habis tkade buat prepare awal pun untuk topup, dalah diorang yang bakar kan, then satay pun dia bagi siap siap, kita x boleh ambik sendri banyak mana kita nak . Main course tak banyak. Then aku ada tanya kat staff dia undang habis ke..? Dia dengan confident nya cakap habis. Takkan lah takde untuk topup. Entah la overall aku kesal sangat makan sini ini pertama dan terakhir. Aku bukan nak tutup rezeki orang, tpi aku kalau bab makan ni aku rela bayar mahal asalkan berbaloi. Ini entah la. 2 orang makan totally RM 121. hahah baik aku makal...
