Tasty Theory Cafe — Restaurant in Perak

Yes, we were treated with free dinner here that night. Yes, the co-partner of this place is my brother in law. And yes, he also treated us for a one night stay at the adorable Cute Hotel nearby.

Now that's out of the way, let me just tell you this...

The food was great. At first I thought the Butter Chicken Rice could use a bit more gravy. But when I was told that it's only RM5 (which is really cheap!), and we can actually customize our order to suit our appetite, then it made sense. Heck, Tony Fernandes made billions by allowing his customers to customize their flying habits. The staffs seemed to be enjoying their work. And that's one thing that most restaurants take for granted. Keep it up, guys. The tech integration is very convenient where you can place your order online and specify the approx time you'll reach the place so that your food will be served hot and fresh. It was just unfortunate that my wife forgot to finalize her order at the check-out page. No wonder they didn't receive our order earlier. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 And finally about the food. Apparently the co-partner used to run a famous restaurant in Melaka. Like the Jalan-jalan Cari Makan famous. So I guess the folks in Meru are very lucky to have him...

I had dinner with my wife today and chose this Cafe due to its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere..

This is our first time to the Cafe and to our surprise.. the food ordered were AWESOME ! We ordered Grilled chicken with white rice & curry and Roasted chicken breast with rice & curry .. IT IS VERY VERY TASTY INDEED 👍 Especially the curry

The staff that attended us is also VERY FRIENDLY and always with a smile on his face . We fully recommend that the Tasty Theory Management to reward the staff by name of AIMAN , as he truly know the importance of Good Customer Service 👍👍👍

During paying the bill , AIMAN again handle the Cashier counter and with his genuine honest smile .. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

We will definitely patronize this Cafe again ..soon

Did tried several menu.. while before coming thru i read some other review said its cheaper here..

ya..but food portion is small compare to others..

food : delicious..pick any menu and u will finish it all..

dining area : no vibrant..typical malay restaurant..not in hipster group 😁

service : yes and no.. staft is good..but i hate order by phone..no communication era..staft no knowledge on what recommended menu..client unable to ask suggestion..bla bla bla

price : normal

come again..? yes and no..too many food restaurants around the corner i need to...
