Beautiful cafe, calm and zen-ful vibes, not crowded💕 BUT, unfriendly female staff at the counter on 05.04.2025 around 21:16. Asked for recommendations of drinks/refreshments, told off to check the list myself. I kept being friendly and said i wanted to pay with card, mistakenly i swap the card too early, was then told “belum la”. Like wth girl, not your chagee and you are nobody to tell anyone off based on how people looks like. I came today after cleaned up the flood’s aftermath in my hometown. I rarely be in Malaysia to acknowledge which drinks at Chagee is the best. Please don’t let other consumers to have this experience, you should serve everyone with kindness and compassion. Honest review, I don't really like Chagee SI compared to its other branches. especially when I purchase orders through its mini program. It happened many times to me, like during the shop opening event when I claimed the peach oolong. At least please tell me a word that you ran out of that flavour before changing it to another lavor. Then, there was the time when I received the drink without sugar in it. Also, the staff put literally a lot of ice on, compared to all the drinks that I have from other places. I am very disappointed with the service at this store. Due to a line issue at their store, I was charged twice for my purchase. It's been months, and I still haven't received my refund. I had to keep following up with no proper updates from their side.
