Hi . A moment ago August 13, 2022, approximately 10:25 AM. I went to mc donald's seri iskandar and ordered butter milk chicken Mix Spicy & Ori 1 set. but then one of the girls who took our order through the drive thru, charged rm 36.00 for our order and actually she ordered by mistake, she made 2 sets. Without enthusiasm like not wanting to work, how can mcdonald train their staff like this? Then one of the men, came to us and spoke to us and admitted their guilt. and say if we want a refund it might take 1 month to refund? How can it be?
Another girl with heavy makeup, came to us to give us food. I asked her what is wrong with the girl? doesn't speak clearly & my order don't show up on the screen. In a loud voice, she said 'She having sore throat ' then I said why not apologise? just a few words might have released some of the customer's anger but they were very arrogant and just walked away without apologizing
You're just an employee, don't act like you own that mcdonald's. Our salary is higher than yours. don't look at us like we don't have money to pay. It's not about money, it's about attitude. just sorry that's all. Please train yourself to be a good person & A more attitude than you can put yourself to handle customer service.
I was very angry that the girl never came to us and apologized to us, the reason was 'sore throat'. if you know you are in pain why are you taking care of customer service? McDonald's please. We don't need workers like this. Absolutely not recommended to go here.
I will not bow to anyone who disrespects others! We want Mcdonald Seri Iskandar...
Read moreI visited the restaurant in the morning, but it appeared to be closed initially. After waiting about five minutes, the kiosk went online, but I noticed that the menu had changed significantly — the breakfast options were no longer available, and the hash browns were missing from the à la carte menu.
I approached a supervisor for assistance but was met with what felt like dismissive and unfriendly behavior. As an Indian customer, I couldn’t help but feel that I wasn’t being treated with the same courtesy as others. When I followed up a second time because the hash browns still weren’t showing in the system, the supervisor responded with “ha, ape,” showing no smile or willingness to help.
Even more concerning, the supervisor was unable to find the item in the system and had to seek help from a kitchen staff member. It seems the menu had recently been updated and the hash browns may have been unintentionally left out of the side orders.
Overall, I found the supervisor’s attitude unprofessional and possibly biased. I kindly urge the team — especially those in leadership positions — to maintain a respectful and courteous approach to all customers. Dismissive tones or unprofessional expressions like “ahhh,” “ehhh,” or “uhhh” have no place in customer...
Read moreOrdering system was not timely updated to address the machine breakdown or malfunction. Instead of cancelling the order and reimburse according to order receipt, the staff refunded less than what have been paid. The refund was based on different printed receipt by the staff. When questioned, the staff took both receipts and pretend to rectify. However, nothing was done but get themselves occupied with other works. When confronted, the staff try to refund without explaining the reason for earlier short-changed. It was unthinkable that one of the staff explained that there was a price change that was just being updated in the system to justify the difference in ordering price compared to refunded price. I am not too particular about the refunded money, but the issue of: Sudden price changes as claimed Attitude of the staff attending to my complaint The way staff of Mcdonald attend the issue and treat customers.
