Salam kpd OneTee. Smlm saya dtg ke Outlet Tuan/Puan for dinner. Melihat tempat di ruang dalam agak penuh kami duduk diluar sambil menunggu floor staff mengambil order kami. setelah tunggu selama 25minit +- saya pun pergi ke kaunter dan bertanya kpd staff dikaunter bole amnbil order kami. Tanpa berlengah dia dtg ke table dan memberi menu👍👍. Kami order Watermelon Juice..Lemon Asamboi and the food i ordered Mee Kari and wife ordered Spagg Carbonara Chicken Chop. Tapi melihat akan ramai customer sebelum saya masih belum mendapat their drinks and also their food i assumed that its gonna be very very late.Neway saya tanya pada staff rasa2 lambat tak and she replied very politely will try uncle👍👍(also bagus dia tk panik) but i sensed riak muka beliau agak cemas. Saya tau kerana after 20++ years in restaurant & outlet kita bole gauged dalam kitchen amatlah sibuk dan kecoh. So kami pun menunggu selama more then 25mins+- for our drinks and usually in outlet SOP drinks or food shud be out max time dlm 20min paling lama. So our beverage pun sampai after 25mins and we decide ok we wait for another 25mins+- for our order. Selama menunggu saya memerhatikan saje pergerakan di floor dan hanya ada satu staff perempuan yg clean up all the tables and also staff yg dikaunter juga helping out. Dalam anggaran saya cuma ada 3staff working as cashier..and 2 floor staff. Saya betul2 ingin mencuba their food sbb tngok review sgt2 positive. Saya melihat sekeliling ada satu table 6 pax yg baru saje dpt makanan mereka..dan ada lg 2-3 table yg masih belum mendpt their food or drinks termasuk kami. After waiting for 35mins+- then we decide ok tkpe tkde rezeki and i went to the counter and cancelled the order cuma membyr air sahaja. Saya pun brtanya kpd gadis di kaunter understaff ke dan betul sangkaan saya mmg under staff dan hanya 3 org saje yg bertugas pada hari kejadian. saya dpt juga jenguk di tingkap utk melihat kitchen dan saya tanya kpd cashier 'sorang je cook'? and she replied ye. Bole jd tukang masak kedua cuti dan hanya ada satu kitchen helper tp bila saya tengok sekali imbas cook nampaknya bertungkus lumus to get the order out but looking at the menu his gonna have a very2 difficult night semalam. Disebabkan saya Paham dan sgt Memahami Outlet2 dan Cafe2 punya problem such as understaff ..prepping before opening tk cukup..helpers problem dan juga tukang masak tak dapat support system yg baik maka langsung saya tidak marah tetapi kesian kpd kitchen crew yg tk dpt memberikan servis yg cantik apabila ada sudden wave yg tinggi (customer dtg secara mendadak dan berkumpulan). Cuma jika boleh saya cadangkan jika 'Sudden Wave' berlaku front Staff yg menjaga floor should advised customer yg baru dtg makanan akan menjadi agak lambat say...30-40mins waiting time maka its up to the customer nak tunggu atau tidak. Meaning ur giving the customer an option to wait or datang the next time around. Ini akan menyelamatkan keadaan dalam hot kitchen dan dapatlah Cook bernafas dan menghabiskan semua order yg tertunggak. Situ aje kesilapan staff dan saya tidak marah boleh jadi kurang training ttg Customer Awareness. Plus point staff yg bercakap dgn saya she has done a good job sgt polite walaupun beliau sendiri tau dlm kitchen amat huru hara utk menyiapkan semua order. So saya bole memberikan 4⭐utk beliau dan minta maaf saya tk dpt nk review about OneTee food. I hope Owner akan baca review saya dalam narative yg positive. Customer service needs improvement, once the female waiter take sent a wrong order and even argue that was what we order. Doesn't even say sorry. Some other time didnt even bother to take order customer arrived sometime. Really just dont come if you dont have patience especially when a lot of people. Restaurant/diners doesn't need to have michelin stars to at least be polite to customers. Its common sense. Back then when the restaurant at the corner service was better. Edited on 14/11/2022: thanks a lot for bringing back red berry tea in the menu! new deco looks pleasant.. food is the best as always especially for the pasta range.. for the platter range got quite large portion.. garlic butter bread is one of a kind seriously you can't get the same great taste at anywhere else as here.. credit to the owner, very humble & does smiles a lot.. hope this restaurant sells more...
