20220726 my regular breakfast spot whenever i travel up north. I will purposely get out of the highway and drive 5 minutes to this lil food court for my breakfast, rather than having breakfast at the R&R. There are about 6-8 stalls here selling different type of noodle for breakfast. As the regular pork noodle that i favor is closed today, so, i chose the fishhead noodle from the other stall to try it out. Parking At the time of my arrival is quite easy with the parking. Food I try the fish fillet noodle, the grouper is not only worth the reasonable price but the fish freshness and the soup accompany it is at top. This stall is no 6. Definitely good to return for more others food here also. Sungkai is not an popular attraction but it can make it with few of the places nearby to make it a day...
Read moreStop over for brunch. Heard of the grouper fillet noodles here. Seems there are 2 shops selling this. However, the shop run by the older gentleman was closed, so cannot compare between them. So ordered from the other stall. We ordered a bowl with fresh fillet and one with fried fillet. The fish are fresh, however the soup was mild, so overall quite average tasting only.
