Shell out...the main attraction here. Most tables ordered shell-out. The place was packed even at 9pm++ and luckily we did call ahead and booked a table. Tried the 4 paxs set at RM 75. The gravy was quite good although a bit more salt would have made it better. Ladled on top of the deep fried seafood pile,the gravy seeps through and soaked the coating on the crabs,squid and fresh water prawns. Lala seems to be the most abundant and we only got one squid in that pile. 3 crabs and a few prawns plus 3 corn cobs,salad and tomato slices completed the pile. Overall not a very "value for money" dining experience but a new experience nonetheless. If you are driving along on the PLUS highway and prefer not to have your meal at any of PLUS RnR foodstall, make a detour at SLIM RIVER and drive about 2 km from the toll booth to this place. This place was suggested by one of our family members. So me and my family came to try.

In our opinion the food is worth the price. We only paid for RM60 for 4 people. Plus, the fish flesh that we ordered is fresh and everything else is well cooked.

The interior has some vintage items deco so it makes it look warm. I noticed that some of the table covers have torn up. While others doesn't have cover at all.

Waiting time for our food ordered to be served takes about 15-20 minutes. The restaurant wasn't that packed at that time, but for us it is...

For travellers who may want to have a nice Thai delicacies in Slim River, this place is recommended. The Thai dishes is palatable, especially the Tom Yam and the Sweet Sour. Also comes with an option of Western food and Shell-outs. They also provide catering services for weddings and events.
