Service makin teruk.. check in via mySejahtera at 5.08pm..make order for 2sets if shinjuku bake maybe around 10mnits after that..then air smp around 5.25pm. i took a pic after that so ade timing. Wait until 6.15pm but still didn't receive the order. I know shinjuku bake take time to prepare but it's not as long as 1hour.. I ve waited for about an hour,so i called the waiter (chubby malay man in black shirt) to ask about my order,as i was about to ask about my food,all of sudden he responded me by repeating my order without me telling him what is my order and ask another staff to prepare it. Obviously he already knew that i still didn't receive my order yet he didn't take any action. What if i never ask? Is that mean I'll have to wait untill the shop close?? I've know that Secret Recipe Bandar Sri Damansara got reputation for slow service. I am very polite person and i dont complaint much,but i had wasting almost an hour there,but no one voluteer telling me any updtes about my order in fact that he already knew what is my order.

Passed by and noticed this outlet combines both Secret Recipe and Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart concept at one location.

Visited on a Friday to takeaway some Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts. When I arrived, a young male staff, Hasan promptly came over to me and started to patiently explain their menu items.

When I informed him that I will be redeeming several shopee vouchers, and apologised for requiring more time with my transaction, Hasan was extremely friendly and understanding.

He also packed my tarts carefully according to my instructions (4 in one box, 3 in another), and wrote with a marker on the boxes so that I can identify every box contains how many tarts.

All in all, great service by the team at Secret Recipe Bdr Sri Damansara, will definitely drop by again and try some...

I really hope the management see this as I really hope you do not allow outside vendors to randomly walk into your establishment. I come to your restaurant to have a comfortable meal and enjoy my time there with coffee and cakes. But suddenly to have the lady to come asking me to buy her newspapers truly ruins the mood. She has been rude scolding me before for declining to buy her newspapers and to see her face roaming around the restaurant telling people to buy is just not acceptable.
