Qsey Cafe Fajar Centre — Restaurant in Sabah

On 19th Nov 2023 I went to this cafe with my friends to celebrate our friend's birthday. We ordered food and beverages as usual ..Then all my friends dishes served on time but my order Set Talam A wasn't ready yet and I positively thought maybe it took more time to prepare...but what really happened was my food not yet served by the waiter and suddenly the waiter took the receipt of our order and asked her friend. Then, the cashier apologized to me because the chef has forgotten my meal....EXCUSE ME????? how can the chef cannot remember my order after I wrote it clearly. SET TALAM A... Did I write in Chinese or Tamil or Kadazan? ....Then, the cashier asked if I wanted to cancel it...Hello?? I'm starving that time, how could you directly suggest me to cancel it... Then, when the food was served I was really devastated with the taste.....How can I described it when it has been prepared in a hurry. And I have to pay the bills based on the price..The service is totally not really good and how the waiter (cashier)respond to me is not really in a correct way... I'm a regular customer and this is not my first time. I hope the staff can keep the standard and quality of their service and dishes. I will come back again because my mom loves the black pepper lamb chop. I hope this will not happen again. I'm sorry for writing this...

The atmosphere in the cafe is very nice. The foods are scrumptious and the drinks are lovely. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. I enjoy my meal a lot and the environment of the cafe. Price range wise is low-medium and the sellection of food covers western and mix Malaysian styles while the drinks even includes designer drinks. For every RM30 spend, you'll earn a sticker of which can be use to redeem drink (10 stickers) or food (20 stickers). Ah, I almost forgotten the desert part as I was in a rush and didn't manage to savour any of their cakes. Definitely will come back to try their signature dish, the Mango Fish rice (of which was out of stock...

Plenty of parking in that area.. Price was affordable. Staff was very prompt in rendering service. Food was okay.. I ordered local meal la.. They have Chinese and western in the menu. But din get to try. Beverages can be improved. Sambal is nice, there are additional fees incurred if requested for extra Sambal.
