It is nice, in this day of lawlessness and not caring, to find someone honest and caring! I would like to thank the person who returned my wallet left on chair at the Mcd tabuan Jaya Kuching Sarawak on today Sunday 29th November at 8.22pm. I truly hope McDonald’s company read this and know how much he is appreciated! Here I would like to express my sincere gratitude to “Aqmal Reeza” (who standing front to in charge of client server) of the McDonald’s tabuan Jaya Kuching Sarawak, and thank McDonald’s tabuan Jaya Kuching Sarawak for cultivating such excellent staff who are not good at picking up money. I admire the efficient service level and handling of the branch. Efficiency, being able to consider customers all the time, thinking about what customers are anxious, and showing excellent professional demeanor. Hope The leaders of the McDonald’s tabuan Jaya Kuching Sarawak gave high praise to “him” and called on other employees to learn from his indifferent and helpful spirit. EDIT (as of Jan. 22, 2020): Good news! I found out yesterday that credit and debit cards are now acceptable. Now I can both enjoy both McD and KFC without the need of me carrying cash in my wallet.
However, I think the drive-thru can still only accept cash. But to be honest, I'm not really sure, but still...
Other McDs with drive-thru in Malaysia have already implemented credit/debit card contactless pay terminals into the drive-thru order speakers, which is really convenient and took less time to pay.
Originally, I want to bump up my rating to two additional stars. But seeing the McD in the Tabuan Tranquility branch did not implement credit/debit card contactless pay terminals to their drive-thru, I can only give them one additional star instead.

After asking the staff, I stand in front of pick up counter to wait for the reason for another 10min. During the time, the staff didn't tell me the reason and I did even heard they said on "very stress to look at my face over the counter"????When the moment collect my food, I did ask on the reason. Then only the staff told me that they loss my order in the kitchen and they are lack of the staff.
