Would you pay RM160 per kg for crab meat like this?
Came here hoping to enjoy a relaxing dinner. We asked the staff if the crab was meaty and were told it would be "full of meat." But when it arrived, the crab barely had 30–40% meat. At RM160 per kilogram, that was quite disappointing.
I wasn't trying to be difficult , I simply asked if this was normal. Then the boss came out and firmly said, “We don’t guarantee if there's meat. That’s just how it is.” No apology, no empathy — just a defensive attitude.
Honestly, I wasn’t upset about the crab itself. I know seafood can be unpredictable. What really got to me was the way it was handled. I didn’t blame anyone. I just expected better communication, and at least a little sincerity.
That said, credit where it’s due: their mani chai and mirin dishes were actually quite delicious.

Overall good and...

The bonus self serve fish bladder soup was a good wholesome addition to a cold...
