I am a regular customer who often visits your outlet at AEON Mall, and I’ve always enjoyed your food and service. However, during my recent visit, I was quite disappointed with the Beef Japchae that I ordered.

The beef slices served were very large and extremely tough — they were so chewy and leathery that I could hardly bite through them. I requested for a replacement, but unfortunately, the second serving had the same issue; the beef was still gristly and difficult to eat.

I sincerely hope that the management will look into this matter and review the quality control (QC) of the ingredients used. If the beef quality cannot be improved, it might be better to temporarily remove the item from the menu to avoid disappointing other customers.

Food was okay, service need to be improved. Greeted us only with a nod and no words came up from his mouth to explain how to place order using the tablet. Second staff who sent the orders to our table was no different than the first one. She placed the food on the table and left us with no smile. Then, the third staff at the payment counter only spoke to us when he asked us to rate the restaurant using Google. I purposely asked how even though I already know the way to do it. He showed me how to find the restaurant on Google and review it. I was about to give my stars, but he already pressed the 5 stars on my phone! So, I just said "oh, okay" and he handed me a coupon. I left the restaurant and edited this review and put MY rating :) hope the restaurant improves...
