SugarBun Matang Jaya — Restaurant in Sarawak

sugarbun has always been my fav fast food place since child. its been a while since the last time i had a meal from sb but when i visited this outlet just now i didnt even expect or imagine to be receiving this.

the price for every menu is way too expensive than few months before but i was hoping the food served would be improved too. what happened to the choice of bun? and the size of chicken too? is it "customer needs to pay more and service should be decreased" kind of things nowadays?

i am so disappointed with this local brand. not to mentioned the staff at front counter. if you cant show your friendly expression then try to talk nicely. i would never imagine myself ordering food like being in interrogation room.

I would suggest the owner to provide standard thermometer for kids. It is quite ridiculous to provide only thermometer with stand and owner expected costumers to lift children to scan their head.

And as the owner stated "orang dah tak pakai thermometer tu (standard type)", it is a lie. People still use it especially for kids even in big mall. So please stop being ignorant and simplify things for customers.

I wondered why people can call this the best sugarbun in kuching so i tried, i tell u now its the other way around.
