This thick and dark soya sauce gravy clings perfectly to the springy noodles with added black vinegar it taste even better, delivering a punch to every bite. Paired with pork crispy lard, it’s even nostalgic to this delightful bowl of lovely noodle. It would be a wonderful experience to try it out for anyone passing through the area. Known typically as an authentic Hokkien-style hawker food. You must eat it to feel and experience the uniqueness of this simple and satisfying meal!
