I had the worst experience at the Wakaka Bukit Beruntung Sentosa branch. The staff's attitude was incredibly cold and unwelcoming, lacking even basic manners when interacting with customers. One employee, in particular—a larger woman—exhibited the most unpleasant demeanor I've ever encountered. She acted like she was above everyone else, showing zero respect or kindness. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and truly disappointing, especially for a brand that is usually known for its quality service.
