On google stated will be close at 11.30pm. Upon arriving at 10.30pm suddenly they said semua drinks habis except for only hazelnut milk tea and original MT and no pearls too. I thought there will be another 60 minutes before closing? Not 6 min? That time around ramai je org dlm tu duduk doing their work. Drinks are bland. Tawar tak rasa apa. Got one staff yg sick i saw he put selonpass dekat his forehead. Kalau staff is sick maybe the outlet manager should add another staff etc Overall kuddos to the two staff yg still layan us despite they will be close for another 1 hour.

Very disappointed with the service. While I was ordering, the staff showed attitude and even gave unpleasant looks at customers. As a paying customer, I think it’s important to feel welcomed, not judged or rushed. Hope the management can look into this and train staff to be more professional...
