McDonald's Banting — Restaurant in Selangor

I swear that I wouldn't be out here even during this 6th MCO's if it's not because of my mom who's craving for the pfft Korean burger at 11p.m?! AND yass! She refused to order via the delivery as she was well dressed before my lill sister, who are supposed to take her out for dinner earlier on left my mom when one of that b*tch bf's was suddenly at the front of house taking her out for dinner! As we went out of the house at around quarter to 11pm my mom's appetite demands suddenly goes like from TOMYAM to ODEN! As i reached there the "ODEN" were already closed, she tuned her appetite again to McD's "KOREAN MENUS"! Which located just across the street.. as we reach there the staff had informed us that they are only take away and DT as they were also doing closing too by midnight.. so with ZERO option left she agreed to queue at the DT... later to discover that she's finally get on her nerves due she can't stand waiting for nearly an hour in the DT queue whilst I'm the 1 who supposed to obtain such temper at that prior moment! As i calmed her down and keep on smiling and talk nicely to the DT staffs, We finally get our food when the clock strikes right at 12 midnight..that's an hour later after being in the DT queue... fuhh!! That's all i wanna throw at y'all.. THERE'S NOTHING BAD ABOUT MCD DT's AND OR THEIR attentive staffs that still draw a smile even when I observed that they were run out of strength after battling with vicious customers.. and now, I've finished my fillet o'fish, black forrest pie and mcflurry,my large fries and large ILT!i am ready to go to sleep! Good nite...

The seven-bean burgers for six people were given five packets of chili sauce. I went to the front desk and asked her for three packets. She gave me three packets because there were many of us and we ate a bit too much. I needed more chili sauce, so I asked the front desk for a few more packets. As a result, she sneered at me and gave me two more packets. Then she put the box of chili sauce in front of me to show me that she had no more chili sauce. If there is no more, you can say something if you don't want to give it, but you will keep your face and say nothing from the beginning to the end. The chili sauce is always thrown away. If it weren't for the fact that there was only one mcd nearby, I don't think I would come here...

My question is why can't they make a good burger? Although there are problems with drive-thru being long que and the waiting time is getting worse, and now have issue with the burger. why can't you guys provide a proper way of burger? Vegetables and mayonnaise are not inside the burger but on top and bottom of the burger. The taste of French fries is not constant. This is not the only branch I have had this issue with but many McDonald's branches have the same issues. I am a regular customer to McDonald's and I literally buy McDonald's food like every day. All this makes me to think of leaving McDonald's. Their food is not cheap and customers really need value for what they pay. #McDonald's #really...
