This message to the Texas Management.. I went yesterday to ur outlet...first to their training department...u guy never train ur staff basic things ? Thy even don't know about chicken part..I keep on repeated ..I want breast or rib ..still she gv us wings and drumstick. ..I saw she did mistake ..then I repeat my order ..she said she prepare as my request ! the outlet not even busy at the time ! I pay u money ! I saw so many chickens parts..still thy give this part..so it's showing they don't understand about chicken parts ! If they can't fullfil my request they can tell ...s I find other outlet or brand .. I buy for someone who speacilly request that parts...when I dekiver to them..they scold me as I bought worng things..end up cz ur crew ,I got scolded ..area manager pls...

such a beautiful place with a comfortable atmosphere, but the food quality is absolutely unacceptable. the chicken was dry, like it had been sitting out since yesterday or this morning. how can you serve something like this? the standards are shockingly low. the sauce for the mexicana was way too spicy, as if no one bothered to follow the sop. to the staff, please do your jobs properly. people are paying to eat here, not getting free meals. the chicken was in such poor condition, i didn’t even touch it and did someone in the kitchen take a bite? the kuala selangor outlet is a complete disgrace. extremely...

i went to the drive thru and ordered myself two mexicana wrap combo. then the lady ask "nak set ke alacarte" so i said set. the she resume with the question "nak set air atau ayam?" then for sure i choose the chicken even though its a bit sus that i can replace drink with chicken. 15 minutes later, i got what i ordered but it comes with drinks. well turns out that my order got 'upgraded' to their star box menu! was a bit annoyed because not even once she said about 'upgrading' our order to star box. so the communication between the worker and us as customers are not well...
