I had a wonderful experience at Chagee! The outlet was clean, cozy, and had a calm, aesthetic ambiance that made it perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced in flavour. The staff in anggun city outlet was really unfriendly. I need to ask wether it open or not as they did'nt bother when i entered the premises as they were very busy doing their work. After a while only the lady woke up to the counter but slammed the cabinet door very hard & it startled me. No welcome wish, just staring at us waiting for me to order. When i wanted to order, almost everything not available. Upon collection of my drinks, as a good gesture still thanking her but no respond...

Bad service wait for few minutes at the counter staff ignore customer that waiting without telling us to wait awhile, especially the malay fat girl wears glasses, i requested politely to help me seal the cup for more easy to bring she ignores me at first but then she express a very trouble face and said "Aduii" And customer waiting for order your lazy staff discussing what to eat in front of me.
