The worst Mixue I've ever been to. The tall Malay lady working there completely ignored me while I was waiting to place my order. The store was empty, with no other customers at all. She saw me but acted like I wasn’t there—she didn’t even bother to say hi or ask me to wait. Then, after a while, she finally approached me and asked, 'Nak apa?' without even looking at me. Is she being forced to work in retail? If you don’t like the job, then go somewhere else. I’m not here for a free drink—I'm a paying customer!

The dessert is nice and alright. I got the chocolate ice cream and I feel I am used to McDonald's chocolate sundae and this taste abit more sweet ( the chocolate I mean ) There's plenty of seating and staff is super friendly. There's Bobba tea and many more things. Overall recommended to try it at least once .

very bad experience . staff perempuan kat situ semua tersangat lah acah ya dengan muka ketat tanak senyum langsung . layan nak tanak macam apa jeeee . beratur lama tapi bila dah kat kaunter staff cakap dah tak amik order aiskrim sedangkan baru pukol 9pm lebih . tutup pukol 11 kot . dekat kaunter tulis aiskrim tunggu 30 minit tapi dah sampai kat kaunter cakap lain pulak . patut tulis je kat kaunter tu dah tak amik order aiskrim . sangat buang masa . staff tak friendly langsung dengan muka ketat cakap perlahan perlahan 'aiskrim tak amik order dah' ... cakap lah kuat2 at least takdenya orang buang masa beratur lama lama ... ke staff saja saja je tanak amik order aiskrim sebab nak elak ramai orang !???? very bad bad bad !

So dissatisfied the employee took my order num was 159 (1sundae boba) but but served the order for the guy who was after me who ordered the same thing as me but more(3 sunday boba) so unfair just because im a female and the guy good looking the lady employee served him first. I hope the organisation takes action on the girl who was serving. The lady at the counter with spectical was very fast...

Peak hours are just so miserable to come here especially 7-10pm. Waited 30mins just for 1 sundae and 1 milk tea. Reason? Too many online order. Then close your online shop! Customer in store were flooded because they didn’t get their order but you guys keep taking order from the cashier and online. Poor girls working like crazy...
