Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

We ordered pizza (delivery) at this bandar baru selayang Pizza Hut branch. They estimated time to reliever the food was one hour.! But we literally waited for more than two hours. We also tried to contact them about the delivery status they attended the call and they said they’ll get back to us but they didn’t. We literally tried four times and we did not get a clear status about it. They should have at least told us that they couldn’t deliver the food if they couldn’t. This is phd (delivery) and I don't know why so many people complaining about their service (especially carry out ppl), but I think they will care walk-in customer more than delivery so sometimes I feel guilty if they're busy cooking delivery's meals while there's so many customer who walked in.
