Pop Meals @ Bandar Baru Selayang — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

I’d like to share a very disappointing experience with my recent GrabFood order from your restaurant. When placing my order, I was given the option to add sambal and peanuts. I selected “extra peanuts” (which I paid for), and in the remark section, I clearly wrote a request for “keep the spicy sambal.” However, when the order arrived, there was only peanuts included — no sambal at all. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering delivery, as I had to leave my house and visit the restaurant myself just to ask why the sambal was missing. When I arrived, the staff argued and insisted that I only selected peanuts, ignoring the fact that I had left a clear note requesting sambal in the remarks section. After a lengthy and unnecessary discussion, I was finally given the sambal. But unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there — when I got home and opened the meal, the chicken was of very poor quality. It was dark in color, had a strange smell, and tasted unpleasant. This was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever received via delivery. This entire experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I hope serious attention is given to the quality of food and customer service...

Order guna Shopeefood apps. Rider call cakap order tak ada. Ok la, maybe a glitch ke, or staff lupa nak update dalam shopeefood. They requested I cancelled the order, tapi I tak boleh nak cancel. Told them they need to help me cancel, tapi somehow kedai pon tak boleh nak cancel. Then they chose to change my orders into another orders, tapi I dah order makanan kat tempat lain, so kena cancel jugak. 1st spoke to a guy, maybe dia tak boleh nk explain, passed me to a girl. And guess what, this girl dengan senangnya terus hang up lepas I still insist nak cancel. B.I.A.D.A.P. Dah la tak dapat nak selesaikan masalah, padahal masalah tu start daripada pihak you all, lepas tu sikit pon tak ada rasa nak minta maaf, I tengah tunggu respons, boleh pulak dia matikan call. Seriously BIADAP. End up, I sendiri contact shopeefood minta cancel, MY OWN EFFORT. Staff kedai buat apa je? MATIKAN CALL....
