32 Hainan Kopitiam — Restaurant in Sepang

Was there about 4pm to have late lunch. They are still open, which is quite rare for normal food court.

Bak kut teh, pan mee, roasted chicken and char siew rice, pork noodles, dim sum all still available. Great that we still have some choices despite it was already late in the afternoon. Food were okay.

There’s an aircond room. Perfect for hot weather.

The only issue probably is the utensils. Yes, definitely need to pay attention to that. The empty bowl that I was given still got food stains. Looked like dried egg yolks on the side. Probably half boiled eggs.

Also, the staff just wipe the table without sanitizing it and just dropped all the food crumbs on the floor. He could have use a tray to collect the food waste/crumbs instead of dropping them on the floor (the floor looked relatively clean). Double work for another staff to sweep the floor because of that. Best not to sweep the floor when customers are nearby still eating. Unless it’s already closing time.

Other than that, all good. Love the fact the place is brightly lighted and airy. Comfortable place to hangout. Spacious and comply to social distancing SOP 👍🏻

Environment is clean but Fork & spoon veryyy dirty. Not just the ones on my table. I tried looking for a clean one from next table...but all 3tables I searched couldn't find a clean one.

At last had to ask the waiter to wash it for us. He couldn't understand and I requested him to call the boss. Lady boss came with a n angry face, she washed it for us but I don't like their unfriendly attitude.

It's covid19 season and dirty...

This stall is absolutely horrendous in terms of customer services. The bosses of this store are extremely unfriendly and not helpful at all. The stall also are very dirty with not pleasant toilet facilities. The foods are also mediocre with not many food choices available. If i may add, the only reason this store got a one star rating was because it was the absolute lowest I can rate...
