Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I reach there about on 9.28pm and i was shock after the cashier said its already closed only can take away can't dine in one,while her face like a duck no even got skills to serve customer properly, better put her at kitchen coz her smiles too expensive one!!! i ask her why can't dine in? She can't even reply me then i ask her to call her manager, abt 3min wait the manager coming then i ask her what time is last call for dine in she said 9.30pm so mean i still in right way coz i reach 9.28am or mybe they don't know what the meaning of 'last call', i say i saw in Google closed 10.30pm why can't gv me dine in since you say your last call 9.30pm,the manager not even reply me properly do guys know what she reply me is they want do cleaning mop and doing everything, omg its not my problem lah if like that then better u put on Google u business hour till 9.30pm only not 10.30pm.pls go study WHAT THE MEANING OFF LAST CALL!! after i said to the manager if like that u guys need to do brochures put infront of shop or change your business time at Google better, manager face still ok but the other one the cashier one her face wallaooweh!! Aiisshh! Really make me tempered!the manager ask me take away then i choose to not coz their face make me vomit no feel...

The food was good, the staff were friendly. But I don’t understand why the service was extremely slow. Super, super slow, food arrived after 40 minutes of order. And as soon as we were done eating, we wanted to take away the leftovers, we asked for a box. But it took the waitress another 35 minutes to pack it for us, I had to remind her twice. She could’ve just given the box but even after reminding her twice, she insisted to pack it for us. They were respectful and polite, but the timing?! I have no words, waiting 35 minutes just for a box and packing which takes less than a minute is honestly not the kinda service anyone would expect. I really hope the management would do something about this, your branch is huge with an amazing parking spot, don’t ruin what you have with such poor and slow service. :((( Add your staff and please manage your ability to cater customers’ timing. We reached at 8:30, got the food at 9:15. Asked to pack the leftovers at 9:20, got the packing done at almost 9:57....

The best place eat there!beside there got KFC also.so cozy.beautiful restaurant.But sometimes lit bit late because more people's here take away as also dine in.Please be kind to their staffs where you eat there or take away cause too many customers in waiting list i think include online rider (panda food,grabfood) .

They're also human being want to make you also happy and enjoy there.Be kind give a good cooperation when theyre asked you to using scanner code to order when you make it order.I saw many times especially Chinese sorry to say that a few of thems wont use their phone to scan by theirself its arrogant also selfish! how comes?What you think you re King or queen???
