The attitude of the staff was really unacceptable. I bought 3 cheese tarts (initially paid for two, then added one more). The staff packed them into a paper bag, but since the tarts were still hot, the bag got completely ruined (which I only realized when I got home).
Since I bought them for a friend, I decided to go back and exchange them. I initially approached one of the staff politely (a chubby male — his attitude was actually very good). He helped call over the staff member who packed the tarts earlier.
When I explained the situation to him, I was shocked by his response: “This is your fault, not my problem.” (With bad attitude ) That made me extremely angry. I think if you know that packing hot cheese tarts into a paper bag will cause this issue, you should inform the customer in advance. You could let the customer know that putting three tarts in a box would prevent the mess and recommend me to buy three instead.
But that’s not even the main point. What really upset me was that it was only after I mentioned I would leave a review on Google that they decided to replace the item for me — and even then, with a terrible attitude. He slammed the food storage box open and closed, clearly showing he was unhappy. Even when I thanked him at the end, he just glared at me with a very unpleasant expression.

Atmosphere : we are not at peace at all with all the flies lingering around our food and drinks, furthermore with all the lousy food. All of us did not finished our food cuz it was bad. It was really really bad.
