Horrible customer service from the host. I arrived late at night and just wanted a place to sleep after a long flight. I arrived at 3 am and to my surprise the host canceled my reservation and claimed it was a “no show”. They advertised that they offer a 24/7 check in, and this is the reason I chose this place, but after I requested a refund from Agoda for not letting me stay at they property they claimed that check in is only until 10 pm.

So not only I was locked out at 3 am after a long flight, they never apologize for canceling my booking and even charged me the full price!!

I’d never recommend staying at this place and dealing...

where do i start. we had 1 night there before our flight home. couldn't sit on the lounge it was so stained with god know's what. finger marks all over the fridge, and splashback looked like it was wiped with a greasy tea towel. hot water in the bathroom didn't work. aircon in the bedroom sounded like it was going to die and not really cool. fan almost blows you away and has no control to slow it down. beds felt like they were 50 years old from a brothel, so uncomfortable that you just couldnt sleep. worst place ever to stay. only saving grace was the...

I have screenshots of my chat with these guys. Booking showed one price but when you click to book it charges higher amount, not shown anywhere. Then you get an email with a cleaning charge on top. Booking.com always shows the full price. So there is cheating going on somewhere in the system. I got to a place and was sent a location 30 mins walk to a different building.
