Bell Suites by Glorybnb — Hotel in Sepang

This is not a hotel, it is a private apartment where you pick up the keys from a mailbox and drop them off in the same place. |I thought I had booked a hotel and nothing on Agoda or in my communications with the owners suggested anything different. On Agoda there are a choice of rooms and the one we selected was listed as a Junior Suite with a garden view. In fact it is a 5th floor studio with 2 double beds, a sofa bed, a kitchen that doesn't have any means of cooking food and a bathroom.|When we arrived at the building there was nobody to greet us, just a rather bemused security guard that told us we needed a code to retrieve the key from a mailbox. At this point we still had no idea about any of this. We also had no Internet as it was just a one night stopover so contacting the host was not possible, until the security man allowed us to log into his system, which we did and sent a WhatsApp message to the host, who promptly proceeded to send us a file to download with instructions regarding how to get to the property and find the key, etc. |This information should have been sent to us immediately the booking was made!|Once we had got over the initial confusion and resulting stress we started to settle in.|The apartment was comfortable enough, the view was OK, there are 2 overhead fans and 2 aircon units so the room was cool. Wifi works. Beds are not bad and provided a good enough nights sleep.|This is in a residential area, so a lack of food options is a problem. We had to use the 'Grab' app to order takeaway food.|Overall, this was OK and, as long as you are aware of what you are booking, I guess it is good enough for a 1...

Visited in Mar 2023, over 90% shops are empty. Has KK, 711, cafe and restaurants. Easy to find food and drink but no place for hanging around. It was raining when we come, it was dark and no sunlight but no light turned on. Lobby was wet, pool of water but nobody mop the floor！ Tried to call grab at 6 am but failed because cash payment is not allowed for security reason and security guard told me that cash can only pay after 7am. Before 7am, can only call grab by making online payment in advance. Security guard helped to call taxi and failed too due...

The check in process for this place it terrible, there was no one there to meet us,we were told there would be, if you don’t have access to mobile phone service’s you can’t contact anyone. Friends of ours arrived early morning 1.00am and were given the wrong details to check in, they spent till 5.30am by the pool till we rescued them.
