The outlet was empty and i was the only customer there..the staff named Afzal was really very slow at work, when i entered and stood infront of the frezzer while i can choose the ice cream i wanted he just stood at the corner and never bother help me out, but that is not a big deal..once i told him what i wanted, our friend took his own sweet time to pack my orders, and once at the payment counter he didn’t attend me first instead he answered his whatapp video call and made me wait infront of the cashier counter…and once he was done with his video call there was no sorry…Hope he dnt do this next...
