Nak share sikit info dgn sahabat2 yg bakal mengunjungi atau sudah mengunjungi Karnivor Malaya...yg dah tahu tak mengapa.Cara memasak berbeza..sudah semestinya hasil dan rasa makanan berbeza.... What is the Difference Between Smoking, Barbecuing, and Grilling? So with all this information about what each cooking style is, the question still stands. What is the difference between smoking, barbecuing, and grilling? The main differences between the three methods of cooking the same piece of meat all comes down to cooking temperature and time. Smoking can happen at two different temperature ranges. Very low heat (68°F to176°F) for 1 hour to 2 weeks depending on the temperature and the individual needs of the food simply for flavor, is an option called “cold smoking.” Smoking can also be done at low heat (126°F to 176°F) for larger foods that need to be cooked, not just smoked for flavor. Barbecuing is done over low heat (190°F to 300°F) for a few hours. “Low and slow” is the phrase to remember here. Grilling is done over high heat (400°F to 550°F) for just a few minutes. If you keep this in mind, you will be able to quickly and efficiently tell the difference between the three. Break out your herbs, spices, and seasonings and get to cooking! Enjoy your meal!!

Came across the comments about difficult to get here. Let me tell you, from which way you came? Coz, to me, only 2 way to get here.. from Guthrie. If you from Shah Alam, take the north. From the traffic light 199sec kat seksyen 13 at Shah Alam, you can either go straight or take the exit at Bukit Jelutong.. but for me, easier way is go straight right before the Bukit Jelutong toll yang nak ke puncak alam there, ada satu left exit. You take that, go down n keep left at the fork "bak kata google maps" and keep left. Depan there you can see a roundabout. Amik first junction, depan sikit ada baby roundabout, you amik first junction as well.. go a bit, you will see T junction pulak. Take left. Then you start la cari parking. Either you nak parking belakang, at the area resto jual shellout tu, apa eih nama... Mcm nama anak mami sikit resto tu. Or you go straight, slow drive. No need laju-laju coz narrow je jalan tu. Smpi ujung you pusing kiri, nampak roundabout yg macam takung fountain tak jadi 😅, then you ambil kiri tu. Ha.. cari la parking. Surrounding KM ni, banyak event building. Jadi parking mmg limited, unless u nak park kat jaya grocer nye parking. Ok, next kalau u datang dari Elmina to South bound guna Guthrie, nak senang, exit yang tunjuk ke kg melayu subang or denai alam, just after RNR Elmina (again, south bound), take the left and keep left. Be careful, jalan baru tu. No need rempit. You go straight and again, situ jalan pun boleh tahan confuse sekarang. But you go until jumpa T junction with traffic light, you dongak depan nampak Johawaki, kalau you nampak tu je, then you on the right track la tu. Traffic light tu, you ambil kanan. Go la straight je. No need left or right. Go straight lagi, kalau guna waze or google maps, surely la dia tunjuk which exit. Lepas dari new junction ke puncak alam tu (belah kanan, tapi you jangan go kanan) you need to go left. you turun and stay at right lane sebab depan tu you akan masuk kanan ke bukit jelutong. Dah sampai kat traffic light tu, go straight. (Then ni i repeat the road) Depan there you can see a roundabout. Kalau you pandang kanan, boleh nmpk ada 1 gas station, PETRONAS. Amik first junction, depan sikit ada baby roundabout, you amik first junction lagi. go a bitup, you will see T junction pulak. Took left. Then you start la cari parking. Either you nak parking belakang, at the area resto jual shellout tu, apa eih nama... Mcm nama anak mami sikit resto tu. Or you go straight, slow drive. No need laju-laju coz narrow je jalan tu. Smpi ujung you pusing kiri, nampak roundabout yg macam takung fountain tak jadi 😅, then you ambil kiri tu. Ha.. cari la parking. Surrounding KM ni, banyak event building. Btw, about the food cepat habis etc, please try to book it in advance. Try to do at least a day or two. Kalau weekend, lagi la.... Cepat sold out. *No, i'm not a worker there. But i love their foods. You should try.. again and again and again... *Ini x tau la dah berapa kali pergi 😅

1. Food selection : 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 There's an array of meat (Angus, wagyu, prime, lamb as well). Pasta, rice and side orders are also available (mac and cheese and onions rings are chefs kiss) 2. Taste : 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We ordered the meat mania platter, suitable for 5-6 pax - covers all type of meat including chicken. There are 6 different sauces, all authentic to their names. 3. Service : 🌟🌟🌟 We came as a family, they could not even cater to our table that one customer helped arranged the table for us. The waiter was cold, not friendly at all, barely spoke when we asked explanation about the platter. For me, service is the impression of a restaurant. The owner might want to consider the current service on site. Thank you. 4. Overall experience : 🌟🌟🌟 Despite the service, the food was excellent. Suitable for family gatherings since they have big menus, couples and friends get together.

Me and 3 friends came with quite high hopes :) A friend suggested that we try out the brisket there. From the FB video, the meat seemed juicy and very appetizing.

Upon receiving our order though (the RM380 platter with the 5 side dishes that also had the chicken), we were a bit disappointed. The sliced brisket was not juicy, as a matter of fact it was dry (not as advertised in the FB video). The pulled lam meat (I think it was lamb)... well, some parts were quite delicious, but other parts were not that consistent. The side dishes seemed to dominate as compared to the meats... and for RM380... the portions didn't seem to be that much. A few weeks back we had lunch at Tony Roma's and the portions vs price seemed valid. Also... they were out of cheese at 5-6pm! :( I mean, that's when the shop opens! So we had to settle for the cheesy nachos, fries and wedges, without cheese...

The potato salad was delicious though :) And so were the sauces... :)

I however believe that karnivormalaya can still improve. Perhaps the staff is not trained well enough in handling the meat, resulting in the lack of juiciness. Improve on making the food better, and the portions more berbaloi :D Hope to be coming...

Kecewa sangat, being dying to go to this shop since last year, and today we finally went there on my special day! We arrived there at 6.30pm and had to wait for about 40 minutes to have our place to dine. Luckily there were spot for us to sit and wait comfortably :). We ordered 3 main dishes 1) rosemary lamb 2) pulled lamb 3) Aussie steak brisket and 1 side dish which is the mac n cheese. I am a meat lover, truly but unfortunately in this place I failed to enjoyed every meal that i have ordered. In general, all meat were cooked badly, too dry and overcooked. The smoked was terrible as it covers the sweetness of the meat. It just lost its original taste.

The mac n cheese is lacking of cheese, even my kids they can’t eat it, it is so plain and tasteless. Not mentioning the price for the quality dining that we had, I would rather pay and eat at the mamak stall.

Owner should go and learn from Menate, laman grill or even romas. Pegi belajar from the meat expert and benchmark your cook with others, itupun kalau nak survive lma in this field. Better do some improvements you...
