The closing time is listed as 10:00 p.m., but I don't understand why the staff said they were closing at 9:00 p.m. If the actual closing time is 9:00 or if the last order needs to be placed by 9:00, then please update your timing. It’s frustrating to arrive based on the listed hours only to be told the outlet is closed. What's the point of having a schedule if it's not followed? If you can't serve customers properly, then what's the purpose of having the outlet open at all?
When I called customer service, they confirmed the outlet should close at 10:00 p.m., so why did the staff (a Malay girl) say they were closed? If your staff can't adhere to the working hours, it defeats the purpose of having them. This is the worst outlet I’ve ever encountered. I’ve seen many similar complaints in the reviews, and I don't understand why no action has been taken.
I work in F&B too, and this is unacceptable for a service-based business. If you don't want to serve customers, then maybe it’s better to close the outlet and let other branches or restaurants do a better job. Running a business means respecting your customers.
The inconsistent closing time between what is posted and what the staff follows creates unnecessary frustration for customers. If the last order must be placed by 9:00 p.m., this should be clearly communicated to avoid confusion. The fact that staff either close early or are unaware of the actual schedule points to a lack of proper training and management oversight. This kind of miscommunication not only erodes customer trust but also sends a message that customers’ time is not valued. Additionally, despite numerous complaints from customers, management has shown no urgency in addressing the issue, which is damaging to the business’s reputation. Ignoring customer feedback leads to missed opportunities for improvement and creates an impression that the outlet doesn’t care about the quality of its service. This is especially concerning given the competitive nature of the F&B industry, where customer satisfaction is crucial for success. Furthermore, the lack of accountability from both staff and management impacts the overall customer experience and undermines the brand’s credibility. If these issues continue to go unaddressed, the business risks losing loyal patrons, suffering reputational damage, and experiencing a...
Read moreHad our lunch here on saturday 14/9, 4pax. Literally there was only 2 or 3 tables dining-in including our table, not sure how many online order. But the service was WELL BELOW ACCEPTABLE, and the FOOD (aside the pizzas) had BARELY ANY EFFORT. We ordered 2pizzas, and 1x aglio pasta which is THE SIMPLEST PASTA TO MAKE but see photo how they prepared it, and the other was the Creamy Tomyam Seafood Pasta (which as advertised, and i’ve had it once, should come with 2pcs of prawn, some crabsticks and clams) and mind you when my pasta came, it was literally only pasta with the sauce (n some bellpeppers onion shrooms) ! NO PRAWNS NO CRABSTICKS NO CLAMS! After receiving my pasta i tanya the server “wasnt my pasta supposed to come with prawn crab n clams?” The server HAD TO GO BACK TO kitchen to double check- or to find an excuse as to why it wasnt served ? Then baru dia dtg balik and said “ya cik sepatutnya ada. Skjp lagi kita hantar” (and when it came, literally 2pcs of the prawn je. No crabs n clams) How hard was it to serve few tables ? One of the girl was constantly squatting behind the drinks bar scrolling thru phone, and the other server was perhaps not attentive enough. ISNT THERE AN SOP WHERE THE KITCHEN TEAM CHECKS THE PREPARED FOOD AND THE SERVER TEAM TO QC CHECK TO ENSURE THE MEALS IS CORRECT BEFORE SENDING IT OUT??? or perhaps it was a challenge for the team to serve 3 - THREE - tables ?
You can see from the photos i took of our meals, bare minimum i must say (the tomyam pasta is after i put my prawns, shouldve taken the before photo). As an ex-F&B person, the service was well below par i wouldve literally rated them -1 of the option is available. What a shame. You barely had any customers during this boycotting and couldnt even treat those that came properly. No smiles/welcome gesture from the team during arrival, bare minimum effort as they only gave out the QR code for ordering.
Whatever it is, we’re definitely not coming back here. “Dont do business with those that doesnt care/want for...
Read moreOrdered a personal size beef pepperoni pizza, which costs RM7.25 because apparently, personal size pizzas costs RM5.30 for four mediocre flavours, classic flavours like beef pepperoni needs an additional RM1.95.
Decided to order because I really wanted one, and it took 40 damn minutes for a single personal pizza. 40 minutes is absolutely outrageous in any type of restaurant.
I got the pizza, went back home and when I opened the box, the pizza looked extremely disappointing. The pizza was significantly smaller than what it used to be, like a 4.5 inch pizza. The tomato sauce was fairly thin and the cheese was a small little. To make it worse, the tomato sauce and cheese didnt even come close to the edge of the pizza. The cheese, tomato sauce and beef pepperoni used to cover the entire surface of the pizza, now there's quite abit of the edge of the pizza with none of said topping.
In conclusion, I paid more than what I should've paid, more than what it's worth AND I had to wait 40 bloody minutes for something so small and underwhelming. The only redeeming factor, if it can even be redeemed, is that it tastes okay.
Edit : I did not even get a "Sorry for the wait" or a "Thank you for ordering" from one of the staff and it really ticked me off. I'm a customer that had to wait 40 minutes for a mediocre pizza and an even...
