The main reason im giving 1star is that this premise has bad customer service. There was 4 tables being occupied by customers when i entered the premise around 3pm. Waited for 5 minutes for the waiter to come. Waiter was sitting in the my next table near to kitchen and busy playing mobile legend it seems. Didnt even tilt his head to see us. The table cleaner saw us and told him to serve us. He came holding his handphone and while taking order, he was playing ‘tappu’ (indian percussion) @ ketuk ketuk at our table. No manners at all. After taking order, went back and continue his mobile game.
Food was nice. Chicken and masala taste was good. Their cauliflower 65 is good. Prawn 65 is a must. Eat while its hot for even more tastier crunch.
Price is affordable if u choose moderate dishes. All those pictures in this review costs around Rm73
Overall, it was good experience in terms of food and taste. Customer service is out. The owner really a good person because he/she paying his employee to play games infront customers during work hour.
Pls rectify this issue as this might ruin your business. Food is nice already, dont let customer service fail...
Read moreWent there for lunch with mom , had chicken & mutton briyanii the food was very nice can't complain much on that but unfortunately the service wasn't good, i ordered a sweet lassi (Rm7.90)& it didn't taste as sweet lassi felt like it was mixed up with masala or something so when i tell one of the waiter he went and changed it i assume but it was still samee no changes so at the end i asked for refund because i didn't drink and they just gave me a TEH'O , as a refund they should gave me something worth same as my pervious drink or something similar but just TEH'O and they didn't even mention that they will give me a different drink instead . It May seem silly for rm7.90 but i felt its a waste when i don't drink any and yet paid for it . I hope the management take a look or i get any better refund...
Read moreOur #sundaylunch today took place in - Mappilai Restaurant (42, Jalan Pelabur A 23/A Seksyen 23, Shah Alam)
Meaningful #indianconcept, clean and organised #ambiance, plenty of choices on the #menu and attentive #customerservice.
We ordered - Mappilai #lambshank #biryani (RM45.00) #cailiflower #poriyal (RM7.99) #pannersambal (RM9.99) Delicious.
Cooked there and then, which means you got to wait for a while, but worth the wait. The use of #freshingredients. Succulent, juicy and falling apart from the big bone tender lamb meat. Served appetisingly. Crunchy cauliflower poriyal and just nice in spiciness panner Sambal.
It’s a winner. Another #foodouting #foodtrip to this #restaurant may be possible for trying out other dishes...
