The Village Vegetable is light in flavour but is unique because of the variety of ingredients used making it a unique mix (light brown mushroom, black fungus, etc.). Salted Vegetable Braised Tofu has unique traditional taste. Hakka Yam Abacus has good mix of base ingredients that gives flavour to the dull Flour Yam ball (traditional method but is floury, chewy & lack yam taste). Fried Squids with Butter Cereal is nice.
