Having lunch with family here. Place are located inside the food court. There have quite good option for fresh seafood and below are some of the memorable dish.

Marmite prawn are good. The prawn are fresh and the sauce are not too salty nor sweet

Buttermilk dry squid are good too. The squid are cooked just nice and the butter shred are good to pair with rice.

Steam grouper are excellent. Sauce are good and fish are fresh.

Salted crab are average. Fresh crab and the price are really economical with RM99 for a pair of XL crab.

Overall food are good. Seafood are good.

Will I repeat?...

Ohhhh damyumm, its so hot (No proper ventilation and only certain sitting area got fan). You eat n you sweat, making it so uncomfortable. Ordered Curry Noodles Rm10 1/10 (tasteless, no curry taste, plain), Wantan Mee Rm9 5/10 (edible), Roasted Pork fried rice Rm11 5/10 (Rice is hard, left over pork from yesterday, no Wok Hei), Chicken Chop rice Rm11 10/10 ( sauce is nice, chicken crispy & well marinated), fried tofu & popcorn chicken Rm13 2/10 (Super salty, small portion & tofu wierd taste). We had been to many seafood restaurants and Hai Zhong Bao is still the BEST in terms of taste, varieties and price. We always bring our visiting family and friends to dine at Hai Zhong Bao and they only have good words, including guests from Singapore.

Must try Hai Zhong Bao’s patin/grouper in superior soup, sauna prawn, pepper and salt crab and/squid and broccoli with clam.
