When we arrived at the counter, we waited for staff to assist us in placing an order. However, no one attended to us. We noticed the counters were labeled “Delivery Counter” and “Take-Away Counter,” which made us unsure if dine-in ordering at the counter was even available. Since nobody assisted us, we decided to order through the QR code at our table instead.When i later went to collect my food, i asked a female staff about the Quby blind box (gift), but she referred me to a male staff. He then told me that my order was not eligible for the Quby promotion because only counter orders qualified. I now like 4Fingers because they have the new crispy and tasty fish fillet that is savory. Their French fries are also lightly battered so they are slightly crispy on the outside. The crispy bun with hazelnut chocolate is also tasty but it is definitely a calorie bomb.

In general I find the Korean fried chicken restaurant in Malaysia horrible. The fried chicken is either sweet like candy or sweet and spicy. Disgusting. I have been to South Korea before and have had fried chicken that is not sweet but savory and they are good. Why are we only offered the sweet ones here??? Totally...
