I am absolutely furious about the unacceptable service and blatant negligence I experienced at the McDonald's in Shell USJ Hicom on August 8, 2025, around 8:30 a.m. My simple takeaway order of a breakfast burger and a hot tea turned into a disaster because of your staff's incompetence. The slow service and their decision to serve other customers who arrived after me were just the beginning. To make matters worse, the system showed my order as "now serving" even before it was ready. What's the point of investing in an expensive ordering system if your staff treats it like a useless ornament? When I finally received my hot tea, the flimsy cup, loose lid, and the fact that it was overfilled caused the entire drink to spill, resulting in a severe burn to my hand and soaking my clothes and bag, which damaged my belongings inside. What's truly infuriating is your staff's complete lack of humanity. Multiple employees witnessed the incident but did nothing. They continued to chat in the kitchen, completely ignoring me while I was left injured and dealing with the mess. This is a complete failure of customer service and staff training. Food - fries is always overcooked , too much salt put into it, it sometimes get hard when I try to chew the fries. So unappetising when I got it, when I saw the over use of oil & burnt fries.
Nuggets was horrible, out of 6 times, 6 times also hard like rock.
Burgers, I tried multiple burgers here. Never once I received a very good quality burger from kitchen to table.
Service was out, tables are ALWAYS dirty, service is always slow, respond to 1 enquiry can take them 3 mins, and there was no one at all at the drive thru.
Atmosphere wise - not bad the interior, that's the only plus side to come here. But never coming to this McDonald's until they get their quality...
Read moreTerrible!!Drive through ordered and asked to wait at the Lot 1 for the order, but waited for super long time and noticed all the cars that waited behind me are all gone, then i walked in and asked, found out they do not prepare my order and totally forgot my order and also forgot i am waiting at the Lit 1 there. You must be saying maybe very busy or no staff due to boycott but :
No apology no explanation and totally forget there is a customer waited at the drive through waiting area!!
Cannot imagine if there is a lot of orders as no customers also can forget...
