Piccolo Cafe @ Taman Equine — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

They did the decoration for my kids birthday party. I paid them in full as it's stated 70% upon order and 30% 1 week before the event. They were supposed to be at my place at 10 am to start the deco but did not turn up. I was calling them for 2 hours, and nobody picked up... did not answer my watsapp messages.

They made me travel from cheras to seri kembangan to look for their cafe. Finally, after 2 hours, they replied to my watsapp message and gave lame excuses... I loaded all the deco stuff in my car and told them to follow me to the event place. They gave excuses as no transport, car problem, trying to book lalamove.

Once they reached, they started with the deco, and it was not satisfactory at all. Halfway through, asking me if there is a party shop nearby as the number balloon bursts. They don't have a backup. Until the end, they did not get it.

They wasted our time for 3 hours plus on the road... spoiled our mood, and the deco was not satisfactory at all. Most of all... very rude and have an answer for everything. Not reliable at all. They did not have the courtesy to even pay for the traveling and hassle they caused me.My event went on very well despite all this.

The reason I am giving this review is for people to be alert and also for them to change and be more reliable and take your business seriously. They may have given good services on deco, food for others, but for me, it was very bad. The decoration I would rate 5/10... but for their service 1/10.

First surprise... It was in the first floor. 2nd.. It didn't look like a restaurant... More like a place that one could relax n have a pleasant time. There were 3 different zone... The one at the windows.. For small get together. The main section for larger groups... 18 to 20. And the 3rd part....next to the counter... Sofas n seats. Overall.. A place to have family gatherings or for small groups. The food was excellent. Just what real Tamil foods taste like. All the 5 items were done with care n love I say. There were also other dishes... Western but we didn't try that. The barrista served a variety of good quality coffees. Like my Latte. Overall a good lunch... Worth travelling to Sri Kembangan. There were also a variety of games n even a dart section to keep people occupied. N books for sale. Also a decent toilet... Maybe it needs some mothballs or something. Overall... A decent place to get together n have a...

We had so many expectations after viewing the promo video. There were signs of the place being awesome, but now it looked unkept. Apart from the upbeat music, nothing else was upbeat...

Some chairs were falling apart... the were just 2 families in the whole shop, including us. We waited for over 90 mins. Just one waiter. After 45 mins...slowly we were told some of the items we ordered were not available, still okay, but no lamb? It also seemed like they were focusing on a large catering order. When we finally got our food, it was of poor presentation. The wine glass containing the spaghetti broke. The owner was there, but it seemed like she was already in a bad mood due to some issues with some orders. We ended up leaving without eating. There was an Indian lady there who did all she could despite being helpless.

It's a pity since the place does seem to have potential but has lost it, and hopefully...
