Subway — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I had a terrible experience at this Subway outlet. The staff’s attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

I simply asked if they had a bag, and when they handed me a small paper bag that cost extra, I casually commented, “Wow, so small yet so expensive.” That was all I said—but for some reason, the staff immediately went off on me, saying things like, “If you have complaints, go to HQ. Don’t talk so much to me.” Then they kept repeating themselves over and over, saying, “You keep talking and talking, but what’s the point? I’m just a worker. Telling me won’t change anything.” I don’t understand why they had to emphasize it so many times when I only made a single remark.

On top of that, when I tried to pay via QR code, the first attempt failed. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff immediately said, “You definitely don’t have money inside.” When I told them that wasn’t possible, they rudely responded, “If you don’t have money, how would I know?” Such an unnecessary and disrespectful remark.

Throughout the entire process, their attitude was horrible, and their actions were incredibly slow. The staff member was a tall Indian male, and his behavior was completely unacceptable.

I’ve also noticed that many other reviews complain about the attitude at this location. Clearly, this is an ongoing issue. I urge HQ to take this matter seriously and provide proper training for the staff. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with such terrible service. Extremely...

Service is just average and some times a bit slow. However good thing is that they open till late. Parking here is limited so you may need to park further away. There's plenty. Of seating at this outlet and they are outside seating as well. They have a toilet right at the back as well for your convenience. Beside this outlet they are many other eateries if you need to take away other food for yourself or partner on top of the sub you are purchasing. Literally the most terrible experience I’ve ever encountered with any fnb staff out there. I visited on 19/9/25, 4.10pm, staff was legit right in front of the counter but not even bothered to attend me when I’m standing in front of him, despite after told him my order. He wasn’t responding at all, continued minding his own business as if there aren’t any customer right in front of him. To the management, I’ve saw many other comments similar to this under your outlet, this isn’t a coincidence. Short of staff or being occupied at the moment isn’t an excuse for this kind of service to customer by ur employee.
