Reading all the reviews here I guess im not the only one experiencing a bad service from this outlet. Would you train your staff to be more professional and ethical? Those ladies should know that they are working in a f&b, where a lot of customers will be coming in especially when ZUS Coffee is on its peak. I had issues with my drinks and I willing to ask them nicely about it, but the staff only replied “its normal”. I always order the same thing so I should’ve known that this time it’s not normal. I sipped the undissolved sugar at the bottom of the cup, and its A LOT so i walked in to the store again and asked her about it to which she just asked me to ‘shake’ it and saying that “oh its normal”. I guess that’s your job to stirring everything and ensure that it is done before given out the order? Bcs you know it wont get dissolved easily by shaking it since i ordered an iced drinks. I can understand if the store is packed with customers, but no, when i was there they only have like 2 orders at the moment. Read moreWant to have a drink and cake on my wedding anniversary day, so went to Zus. Not a good experience. Made 2 orders, 1 was the rm3 discount with a cake and another was rm6.60. Both via app. There were 2 staffs at the counter only. Another one was in the staff room. The 2 staffs, 1 was busy preparing the drinks another was standing at the cashier did nothing. No customer walk in that time. Thus, the only lady staff was super busy. My drink took more than 20 mins to be ready with the cake was packed in the box outside the fridge. The ice of my drink also start to melt. Pity the pink cup that was placed there.
The moment i left, there were 4 staffs. Improve your service. It will be nicer if the staffs greet...
Read moreim very disappointed w/ zus coffee puncak jalil services. if im not mistaken last time i went there and bought ice latte around 9am at the counter but their hijabs female barista who took charge was out of respect. she work emotionally intense. its very unprofessional and unethical.
i’ve been looking her and other female barista doing me and other customer’s drinks with no sincere until one of the drinks spill over the ground. i think one of them have name tag written supervisor there if im not mistaken. my advice is, if you have problem, please take some days off so that it won’t affect customers satisfaction and your work...
