Tealive • Petronas Puncak Jalil — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

This is the far worst branch of tea live, during a covid 19 mco like this everyone is require to wear mask. The staff was somewhat youngster who are poorly train for the job. While they were wearing mask when trying to comunnicate with me, they fail to make sure they were loud and clear . I was disrespected because i could not hear them clearly, they were wearing mask and i have diffuculty to hear them, im almost at 40 year old. My hearing is not that good, the staff do not tend to repeat theirself and ask me to wait outside the premise after order. They said going to deliver it to me after it was done, they did not do that instead keep waving their hand expect me to walk back in. I couldn't barely see through the glass at the door, the sun reflection at evening time make the door blur. They keep me waiting for 10 min instead of delivering to me even though there is only me as their customer. This happen today and the other time before mco, i was totally ignore by them. 4-6 staff are always busy doing thier own thing, standing there 3 min feel like idiot for paying. Girl working at tealive was extremely rude!!! I was waiting at the counter for upto 10 mins and she didn’t even bother to come take the order ?? And then when she finally came over she didn’t say a work she just stared at me. Doesn’t even follow instructions. 0/10 I would not recommend anyone to buy from this...
