NR Cafe Pata — Restaurant in Terengganu

Indeed, I feel dissatisfied when I go to this restaurant . In fact, I can choose another restaurant , just remember that the one near here is not the same as Tok Jembal's. Order a set of menus, wait for almost an hour and told one of set is don't have! I don't know what the staff is doing until almost an hour before they tell about this , the service is very bad. The second meal arrived. Everything was cold such the meals is already done for a long and don't came serve for us . The management of this restaurant is very bad. All the staff are very rude and not friendly at all. fourth, dirty tables, fifth very bad service and staff like don't want to make any things just look and pretend like busy HAHAHA . If there is only one Restaurant in Terengganu that is Nr cafe and the choice also is nr cafe, I will not go ! Kailan don't have but just cut rm1 very very stupid. For people who just want to go, don't go, the owner of this shop has lost his mind, why? No one wants to improve the shop. Have many bad rating but don't want make any improve . Everyone is waiting for the time to close and hope this restaurant is closed! . Open a branch of more than one like their restaurant is good management such a SYOKSENDIRI CAFE!!!! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD...

The place- lots of parking and nice view of the beach and can go down to walk on the sand

But very disappointing service. We came 14 of us. Ordered 3 sets of family set celup tepung. When we came at about 430pm, there were only 2 other occupied tables. The staff said they can only make 2 sets. So we waited for nearly 1 hour..finally the platter came but only 1. Then only, the staff apologize as they can only make 1 set. Wasted our time waiting! Should have notify us way earlier that they are able to make 1 family set only.

The food- not that great. Go to other restaurant..the viral one. U queue but u get food in the amount u...

Sorry for the criticism but I had to mention it. The service was horrendous and the food was cold.

I booked the place for family gathering and booked for a shell out dinner. However, the table is not balance and the shell out's soup nearly gotten on our shirt if we not react quickly. The staff is not helping much and the services was really late. In addition that, even so we booked it earlier, I think it not to bad if you warm up a bit the food to make it more edible to eat. The price is so-so and nearly similar with the price in KL.

Need more improvement on both service and...
