Horrible service.. first they couldn’t answer the most simple questions about the food, then they brought the food plates 15min apart which meant that my medium grill tuna was completely cold by the time the pasta arrived. When specifically asked to make the tuna not spicy, no chilli and no pepper they failed to do this too. How hard is it to put some tuna on the grill just after the pasta is done and add no seasoning to it? We stayed for 4 nights with a family of 2 kids. Entire stay was great, Shuhato and his team are excellent hosts. Rooms are clean, spacious and equipped well. Location is close to the jetty. Restaurant is very nice with delicious food at a reasonable price. We did snorkeling at a point about 200 m from the hotel, quite nice and unexpected views. A very strange experience. Food to 2 (other cafes on the island were better), very salty. The staff is extortionate and unfriendly, mechanically doing their job without a smile. It’s also not stated anywhere that the tax is 10%, but that’s ok.
