Ta' Barbetta — Restaurant in Żejtun

This is an old bakery in one of Malta's oldest villages, Zejtun, in the south of the island. They make and sell typical Maltese bread and sweets. The stuff is made true to old original recipes and using old wood driven ovens. It's also interesting to see the original ovens as they are dying out and being replaced in Malta and only a handful remain. Genuine and very tasty products. A must visit.
