Good afternoon Mickel,

Rather than a chatgpt response would appreciate if someone would have asked for some more insight if really think that your restaurant's service is so highly valuated .

But I can say that on the ratio price/service this was the poorest experience in Malta and this is being said by someone that worked on some the best and most well established hospitality venues around Malta.

Was seated around 8.05pm and shortly after I ordered the Starters and Main.Starter was served around 20.20 and you can guess how long it takes a person to finish 4 cheese rolls. The plates were removed at 21:35 after I asked Mr.Engin (probably the manager) who I told him that have been waiting for almost 1h with empty plates in front of us and she shouted ITS NOT TRUE,DONT TELL ME THIS, which rule number 1 is never raise the voice to the customers. All the staff was running clueless and sweating Most of the staff were incapable to understand english I ordered a 2nd bottle of water and water was finished so was served a random bottle of water without being advised or anything After the argument with Mr.Engin he ran to the kitchen trying to rush the main course and didnt say a single word 6.Main course plates again were removed ONLY by calling the staff as no one had any idea of what was going on 7.AND on every 'regular' dinner staff would offer a dessert or a coffee or a liquid which literally never happened

I mean I do not know how much further this had to go, I invite you to look at your CCTV and get amazed by this. However I understand that some nights not everything goes as per plan but never ever have faced such attitude.

And yes, rest assured that I paid in full and I was not looking for complimentary stuff but a value of quality which was miles away.

I invite you and the staff to reflect on these points as recommendation for improvement...

I am lebanese. The appetizers that I ordered tasted really good.

The mains (shawarma and lamb skewers) tasted nothing like they were supposed to be. The chicken was absolutely not marinated for the shawarma, in addition to the fact that the essential items that come with it are garlic sauce and pickles, which were both not present at all. This is not Lebanese, and this shawarma lacked flavor.

About the lamb, it should be accompanied by hummus and grilled tomatoes and onions to say the least. Had some random rucola salad with raw tomatoes instead. All flavorless too.

The worst part: kunafa. Prepared with margarine(question is you claim you serve lebanese food, why?) smelled really bad. We did not have any bit of it and the staff members were kind enough to remove it from our bill.

This place's strategy is to serve decent appetizers, but then disappoint you with the mains and further do with the king of lebanese...

We had a 3 course dinner here. Although the food seemed on point and portions were quite big, we were disappointed that in our dessert we found a big piece of hair - and we weren't compensated about it at all. We were offered drinks or another dessert, but after finding the hair in the food who is in the mood to eat or drink anything else in that restaurant, especially after you pay more than 65 EUR for a meal? It was really disappointing and disgusting during our romantic evening in our honeymoon. We had a feeling that the restaurant is totally not oriented towards customers, just their money, which is really especially sad regarding all positive reviews that encouraged us to come here. On the other hand I have to mention that the waiters were really nice, and the location next to the coastline is beautiful.
