Giuseppi’s Restaurant absolutely blew us away and was hands down the best meal we had throughout our entire trip to Malta! This Michelin-starred gem is everything you’d hope for in a top-tier dining experience. Chris and his team were the perfect hosts, and their hospitality truly set the bar for luxury service. We were treated to a private dining experience on the terrace, complete with beautiful views, which made our anniversary celebration so special. Every single dish we had felt like a work of art.

The menu featured a great mix of core dishes and specials, including freshly caught fish. For starters, I had the most rich and saucy Carbonara, packed with meat and mushrooms—it was indulgent and delicious. My partner had scallops in a creamy sauce, and he loved every bite. For mains, I opted for the veal Milanese, which was crispy, perfectly cooked, and served with triple-cooked fries and roasted veggies on the side. The dish was topped with a perfect yolky egg and parmesan shavings—it was glorious. My partner’s main was equally memorable.

Chris and his team recommended a fantastic fish fritter starter, which was also a hit. We really enjoyed their specialty cocktails—the peach bellini was light and refreshing, while the spicy strawberry margarita special had a nice kick.

For dessert, we couldn’t resist trying the white chocolate cheesecake with caramel sauce, and I would love to know the recipe because it was one of my favourite cheesecakes I've ever eaten in my life.The honeycomb malteser parfait was another standout, so crunchy, creamy and delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giuseppi’s at Salini Resort in Malta, and I can confidently say it was one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home, even as non-locals.

The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the food. The menu features an incredible selection of freshly sourced fish that is simply to die for! Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. We tried a variety of seafood, and every bite was a testament to the chef's expertise and commitment to quality.

The service at Giuseppi’s was equally impressive. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. They took the time to recommend dishes and pairings, adding a personal touch that enhanced our dining experience.

This was the nicest restaurant we’ve been to across our visits to Malta.

Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic hosts and we can’t speak highly enough of them. The poolside bar was open all day (and we certainly made the most of it), and the beautiful restaurant and terrace came alive in the evening. The colleagues couldn’t do enough for us and were exceptional.

If the team were great then the food was perfect. There was a great core menu plus specials for starters and main courses, including freshly caught fish. I had a gorgeous dish of mussels with chorizo and butter beans to start (although it was big enough that it could have been a main course!), then veal Milanese for main which was served with triple cooked fries and a rocket salad on the side. It was truly glorious and a really memorable meal. We drank my friend’s favourite New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and Chris and team remembered my favourite gin from the night before. We certainly didn’t have space for dessert so can only imagine how nice that would have been!

Our friend who is coeliac/gluten free had plenty of options to choose from.
