Although they offer gluten free pizzas, some pizzas are ‘too special’ for them to make them gluten free. I told them that i would be happy with it being the shape of a normal pizza, no need to be closed. I would have been happy with it anyway. But no…. Thats their special pizza and they are incapable of making it gluten free apparently. So if you are going here for a gluten free pizza be aware that your choices are limited to the ‘not special pizza’ which I found super unfair for people who can not eat gluten. As for the pizzas both gluten free and not we found them super basic, okay on the whole but nothing special in my opinion for the price. The gluten free one was one side burnt and one side slightly undercooked. It was obviously burnt on one side and they still served it that way. The food was excellent and served promptly; however, I had an unfortunate experience with the waitress, Kristina. From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was unfriendly, and she asked in a rather abrupt manner if we were ready to order. Later, when our drinks arrived, I noticed that the slice of lemon I had requested was missing. One of my friends politely inquired about it, and at that moment, I happened to be laughing. Kristina then asked me, in a sharp tone, “Why are you laughing? What’s so funny?” I was taken aback, as I could not understand the reason for such behavior. While I enjoyed the food and the efficiency of the service overall, this interaction left a negative impression and unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise pleasant...

I have visited this restaurant alot of times and the food and staff are amazing but on my last visit I arrive at just after 16:00 and walked about 3 meters into the restaurant only to be shout at by a small man around 5feet tall. Shouting we are closed which was totally unprofessional. He could have just approached me and said "I am very very sorry but we are closed". Their were still people eating in the restaurant and I found this small man who appeared to be the manager approach very unprofessional and give his approach, I would hope he does not talk to his staff in this manner. Totally unprofessional and he is letting his amazing team down.
