Staff is very overwhelmed. They definitely need further training on how to communicate with people and not make them wait 40 Minute for a tabel.!!!! Food is not as expected.....

Unacceptable Behavior from Kitchen Staff A person from the kitchen gave me aggressive hand gestures through the kitchen window, demanding that I leave. This type of physical and non-verbal aggression is unacceptable and has left me shocked. Such behavior is unworthy of a professional establishment and will prevent me from visiting this place again. We approached this restaurant with caution.. it looks like a cheap beachside place. But the reality couldn’t be more different. We asked the staff if they could split a meal for us, as we had already eaten a bit earlier… no problem at all. What we got was the best food we had on Gozo, and that includes a visit to a Michelin-rated restaurant.

The tuna tagliatelle was simple, absolutely delicious, and an absolute hit.

Of course, the service wasn’t Michelin-level, but it was warm, friendly, and full of smiles ..just the way it should be...

You cannot visit Gozo without visiting il-Kcina tar-Ramla. The food is amazing, the portions are generous and the staff make you feel like a family member. I highly recomend all the seafood dishes and also if you are a meat lover, have a look at the "specialities of the day" board.
