If there was minus rating then I would have given that. It says authentic Indian food and they dont have any idea what indian food taste sound or look like. Example. We have order Pulav and they gave me Jeera rice and I told waiter is it jeera rice or Pulav and he told me its Pulav jeera rice. I said whats that he said they have only plain rice and jeera rice so I said why you call pulav then. He said i dont know in Menu it says Pulav and we serve jeera rice. THATS SO WRONG. pulav and jeera rice are so different and in Bill also they write pulao and they call them aelf authentic India food.. seriously??? And at the time of order when i am keep on asking for Pulav then at that time they should have said our pulav is actually jeera rice.
Curry we order Paneer kadhai. The moment we got curry Me and my wife we both said that look itself is very dull and it looks like they just made it up now. Taste wise it was very tangy so many tomatoes inside. Seriously i do belive that if you rst Indiam foof outside of Inda then you cant get same taste but are you serious putting loads of tomatos in Paneer kadhai. I have worked as chef for very long time but never cooked Indian food but I am an Indian and even though i have never cooked Indian food (in restaurant or hotel) but still i can cook much better then this. It was such a rip off. Not money wise but taste wise. Curry (gravy) looked like its been made couple of days before and its of colour.
Jeera rice (so called pulav) and panner kadhai was totally waste. Waiter also has no knowledge and they dont know even know dish names.
I would never ever go again. P.s I dont work as chef since...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited Bhukara and had an overall delightful experience, mostly due to the delectable garlic naan and scrumptious butter chicken. The flavors were authentic and rich, truly standing out as the highlights of the meal. The chicken and lamb briyani were excellent . They have a good thali deal during lunch time.
The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, enhancing the dining experience, and providing a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying the meal. However, I encountered some staff members who were less than accommodating, which slightly dampened the experience.
One aspect that caught me off guard was the requirement to make a deposit for a reservation, which was a new policy to me. It seemed unusual and somewhat inconvenient, as it's not a common practice in many restaurants. The portions of the food were quite small too.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the exceptional quality of the food and the inviting atmosphere are reasons I would consider returning to indulge in the delicious dishes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love this place until today! As usual the food is great but the staff members are really mean and makes us feel like a burden. One of my friends, she has a baby and she asked one of the staff if it would be possible to have a high chair for an 11 months baby. They gave no response and she came back but they did provide us with it. As for one staff, he was really rude when we asked if maybe we could move our table to another one so that we do not block the road with the high chair. Overall food is quite good but they need to step up the game with the staff training otherwise. Will definitely reconsider before back going to the restaurant when i come back to...
